Terms and Conditions for Skool4Kidz Cutest Child Contest 2023

Skool4Kidz Pte Ltd (“Skool4Kidz”) is organising a Cutest Child Contest in conjunction with Children’s Day 2023 (“Contest”). By participating, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Terms & Conditions for the Contest set out below.

HOW TO ENTER: A qualifying entry must fulfil the following conditions:

  1. Follow Skool4Kidz’ Instagram Account (https://www.instagram.com/skool4kidzpreschools/) or Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/Skool4KidzPreschools/)
  2. Like our Contest post on our account/page.
  3. Upload recent photo(s) of your child (up to 6 years old) in a single post on your personal Instagram or Facebook accounts.
    1. Recent photo(s) refers to photo(s) taken in 2023 only.
    2. Photo submissions MUST be an actual child’s photo and NOT a stock image, MUST NOT be heavily edited. Skool4Kidz reserves the right to remove any submission/entries that does not comply to the terms and conditions.
    3. Participant must be the parent or legal guardian of the child whose photo is used.
    4. Please ensure that your Instagram or Facebook accounts are set to PUBLIC for us to view your entry.
  4. Caption to include – “How to vote: Follow @Skool4KidzPreschools and like this post to enter the lucky draw contest to win eCapitaVouchers. #Skoo4KidzCutestChild2023”
  5. Multiple posts per participant is allowed. However, we will only consider 1 post per participant. For e.g. the post with the highest likes will be considered.

HOW TO VOTE: A qualifying vote must fulfil the following conditions:

  1. Follow Skool4Kidz’ Instagram Account (https://www.instagram.com/skool4kidzpreschools/) or Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/Skool4KidzPreschools/)
  2. Like posts that include Contest hashtag #Skool4KidzCutestChild2023 to submit vote.
  3. Voters are free to vote for more than one participant but only 1 chance per voter will be registered in the lucky draw. For e.g. you can like 5 eligible posts that are in the Contest but you only have 1 chance at the lucky draw.

PRIZE: Prizes are valued at 1st: S$300 / 2nd: S$200 / 3rd: S$100 / Lucky draw: S$50 (x3) eCapitaVouchers issued by Skool4Kidz. The top 3 participants with the highest votes who abide to our terms and conditions will be deemed the winners.

A total of 3 voters will be selected by random (online random picker tool) by Skool4Kidz for the lucky draw prizes. Each winning voter will get $50 eCapitaVouchers.

Validity of eCapitaVoucher is 1 year. Prize is non-transferrable and non-refundable. You will accept the Prize as is and subject to any terms or conditions that the merchant may impose. Skool4Kidz is not obliged to assist or act on your behalf in communicating with the merchant for any reasons.

FOR WINNING SUBMISSIONS – A photoshoot will be held for the Cutest Child winners on a weekday evening/Saturday morning on the first week of Nov. All winners need to be present to receive the vouchers. The winner have to bring along documents to verify their identities. The child has to be residing in Singapore and a copy of their relevant birth certificate be verifie before the prizes are issued.

FOR VOTERS – The eCapitaVoucher will be emailed to the winners after the lucky draw.

Any vouchers sold online are not at the discretion of Skool4Kidz.

CONTEST PERIOD: Contest starts 6 October 2023 0900 hours and ends on 27 October 2023 1700 hours

WINNER(S) SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winning entries shall be selected by Skool4Kidz based on the highest number of votes via post likes, from a pool of correct/valid entries. The lucky draw winners shall be selected by Skool4Kidz by random. The determination of any and all winning entries shall be at Skool4Kidz sole and absolute discretion. Skool4Kidz is not obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person concerning the Contest. Winner(s) will be announced on Skool4Kidz’ Instagram and Facebook page posted by Skool4Kidz, via a winner announcement post and they will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook private message by 1 November 2023. Should the winner not confirm receipt of the notification or provide the required contact information within five working days, the prize shall be deemed to have been forfeited and Skool4Kidz may select another winner.

Skool4Kidz reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may disqualify any Participant or Redemption on the grounds of inaccurate account information, fake or multiple social media accounts.

CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • PERSONAL DATA: By entering the Contest, you consent to your entry, name and personal particulars being used by Skool4Kidz for matters in connection with this Contest; and agree to provide photographs and interviews if required for all promotional and marketing purposes.
  • RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: Skool4Kidz is entitled to terminate or modify the Contest or these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modifications or termination.
  • The Participants are fully responsible for their postings and comments, and such postings and comments do not represent the sentiments, views and/or opinions of Contest. Skool4Kidz has the sole discretion and reserves its right to remove any postings and/or comments at any time and in any manner it deems fit.
  • By entering into this Contest, each Participant agrees that Skool4Kidz and/or its related corporations shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participating in this Contest and/or in relation to the Gift.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law and by participating in the Contest, you consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
