A special morning made brighter by Minister of State Mr Goh Pei Ming's presence at the One Punggol celebration.
One Punggol buzzed with excitement as the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and Skool4Kidz Preschool hosted a joyful Teachers' Day celebration early this month. The theme "99% for the 1%" rallied families and the public to appreciate early childhood educators who make a 100% difference.
Guest-of-Honour Mr Goh Pei Ming, Minister of State for Social and Family Development, joined leaders, educators, parents and bright-eyed preschoolers. The morning began with a lively Skool4Kidz Rap by six K2 children, celebrating their year of growth and learning. Thereafter, 55 N2 youngsters sang a bilingual medley, "Proud of You" and "感谢我的老师," filling the plaza with smiles and applause.

Preschoolers shone bright, rapping and singing their appreciation to beloved educators.
Next came a touching moment as parent-child pairs handed handmade gifts to six beloved educators. Mr Goh then presented each educator with a "Special Treats" pack – a little surprise filled with goodies and perks from community partners. Everyone gathered around a giant button, pressing it together to reveal the message: "Here's to giving grace on hard days and gratitude on great ones."

Everyone pressed the giant button together, lighting up the gratitude message for all early childhood educators.
The celebration continued with a tour of Skool4Kidz Campus @ One Punggol, where classrooms buzzed with curiosity and laughter. During the tour, Mr Goh personally handed out additional "Special Treats" packs to educators, ensuring many felt the Teachers' Day love. It was a morning filled with much joy and heartfelt thanks – proof that educators truly are the magic behind every child's smile.
