Cooks and kitchen assistants gathered for a Cook Safety Training session, sharpening their expertise in allergy management, kitchen safety standards and emergency response.

Auntie Anna (left) and Auntie Riana (right) picked up knowledge on nutritional awareness.

At Bedok Ping Yi Greens, Auntie Anna, with ten years of service, found the training a meaningful way to reinforce food safety. Parents frequently request her recipes because their children enjoy her meals so much.

From Sembawang Canberra East Creek, Auntie Riana Diniarti, who has been with Skool4Kidz for six years, valued the opportunity to exchange ideas with peers. With a warm smile, she shared that her secret ingredient is simply cooking with love!

Auntie ZhiHong (left) and Uncle ShiJun (right) deepened their knowledge of food safety and nutritional care during the training.

With 1.5 years of service at One Punggol Campus, Auntie ZhiHong sharpened her focus on strict protocols, such as using colour-coded utensils for children with allergies.

Uncle ShiJun from Fernvale Campus, who joined Skool4Kidz five months ago, gained a deeper appreciation of vital routines like double-checking labels to ensure every meal is allergen-free.

Ms. Zolynne, our in-house Nutritionist, shared her knowledge and guided our kitchen assistants on food allergy management.
