Together as one, Skool4Kidz educators embraced a day of learning, collaboration and professional growth to create brighter futures for young learners.
On 22 May 2026, Skool4Kidz successfully held its Professional Development (PD) Day, bringing together dedicated educators to focus on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and inclusive education practices.
The sessions explored how to strengthen learner agency through effective observation and documentation. This PD Day served as a meaningful platform for reflection, professional dialogue and growth. Through hands-on strategies and peer learning, educators were equipped with practical tools to better support children’s development. Key emphasis was placed on using observation and documentation to better support engagement in the classroom.

One of our senior educators, Teacher Angie from Skool4Kidz Preschool @ Yishun Groove Spring found the practical strategies for identifying barriers to learning especially valuable. She is now able to refine her teaching approaches to better support diverse learning needs effectively.
Chinese Language educator Teacher Shen from Skool4Kidz Preschool @ Toa Payoh Ridge also found the training insightful and impactful. He learnt to adapt his teaching methods to support learners with special needs. He now applies a structured approach that incorporates repetition and small group activities, which help keep children engaged and focused. “Preschool children are receptive, which motivates my teaching journey,” Teacher Shen added.
