One Team, One Purpose, Many Talents – Skool4Kidz Day 2026

Skool4Kidz family reunited for Skool4Kidz Day, bringing together over 1,200 educators for a memorable celebration. Across two concurrent venues at VivoCity Amphitheatre and Golden Village Max, educators reconnected to celebrate our shared commitment to early childhood care.

This year’s theme, “One Team, One Purpose, Many Talents”, focused on fostering unity and professional pride. The event began with warm opening speeches by Mr Leong, Skool4Kidz Chief Executive Officer and Dr Jane Ching-Kwan, Board Member and Curriculum Founder.

To support mental well-being, expert speakers Dr John Lim and Dr Grace Li Haining from Singapore Counselling Centre shared practical strategies on mental wellness, effective communication and constructive teamwork. With voices blending in harmony, passionate educators proudly recited the annual Educators’ Pledge. Led by Assistant Directors and Cluster Mentors, the educators united in their vow to care for every child with respect, kindness and love.

Educators filled both venues with vibrant talent show performances, revealing remarkable creativity and hidden talents. Their captivating stage presence showed that these dedicated early childhood professionals possess exceptional talents beyond classroom walls.

Centres and headquarters departments also received prestigious awards recognising excellence, innovation and cross-functional collaboration. The day’s programme celebrated achievements across categories such as Great Strides, Talent Architects, Coding Challenges, Innovation & Digital Enablement and Cross-Functional Collaboration.

The day concluded at Singapore Oceanarium with a relaxing professional development activity that used marine life to explore wellness and communication.
