To ensure all staff are provided the same exciting growth opportunities, Skool4Kidz adopts the SkillsFuture Career Pathway in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE). Educators can choose to pursue their progression within each track and advance up the scale.
Meet Ms Kastturi
Ms Kastturi joined Skool4Kidz as a Centre Leader in 2019.
In her role, Ms Kastturi assesses the centre staff’s readiness for greater responsibilities. She enhances skill strengths and recommends targeted development plans to prepare each for future roles.
Employees at Skool4Kidz are recognised for their potential and good performance. They are placed onto the Leadership Framework where High-Potential staff are given opportunities to further their careers within the organisation. Skool4Kidz also has a mentoring programme that matches Centre Leaders to mentees. This is to provide guidance in the accelerated learning and development of staff.
