Skool4Kidz centres were filled with festive cheer as children immersed themselves in lively Hari Raya activities.

Children played traditional games like batu seremban, congkak, pick-up sticks and marbles. Hands-on activities such as ketupat weaving and building houses on stilts nurtured creativity, fine motor skills and a deeper understanding of Malay traditions.

Children also engaged in textured fabric exploration strengthening sensory awareness. A highlight moment at Punggol Waterway Banks featuring children showcasing their beautiful festive outfits, celebrating Hari Raya in style. They learnt about traditional attire like the Kebaya and Baju Kurung, deepening their cultural understanding and respect.

Our little ones had fun decorating their own green packets, expressing creativity through colours and designs. They also played interactive games such as “Pass the Ketupat” which encouraged teamwork.

There were songs and dance performances that brought children, educators and families together, fostering a warm sense of unity and celebration at centres.

The Hari Raya celebrations at Skool4Kidz created joyful and lasting memories. These meaningful experiences nurtured cultural understanding while fostering the values of inclusivity and unity that are at the heart of the Skool4Kidz community.
