Skool4Kidz was proud to take part in this year's Early Childhood Celebrations & Conference (ECCC), held on 25–26 September 2025. The annual event brought together educators, professionals and parents to share insights and best practices in early childhood education.
Representing Skool4Kidz, Centre Leader Nurul Atikah and Senior Early Intervention Specialist Mazna presented a poster on inclusive practices. Their project focused on strengthening collaboration among educators, Inclusion Coordinators (ICOs), therapists and parents across all Skool4Kidz centres, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive.
They showcased how targeted strategies and joint planning can effectively support children with diverse developmental needs. Using tools such as the Ecological Congruence Assessment (ECA) and Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), their approach guides thoughtful interventions and promotes shared understanding. This inclusive practice builds teachers' confidence and reassures parents through open communication and strong partnerships. Together, these efforts bridge specialist support with everyday classroom experiences – so that children experience consistent, personalised learning every day.
A special feature of this year's participation was the inclusion of the "Our Wonderful Parents" initiative, which celebrates parents as active partners in their children's education. Two Skool4Kidz parents – from our Marsiling Drive and Woodlands Crescent Meadow centres – were invited as they were selected as part of the campaign. Their involvement highlights the strong partnership between families and educators that lies at the heart of the Skool4Kidz community.
Together, the team's participation at ECCC 2025 reflects Skool4Kidz's ongoing commitment to inclusive, collaborative and family-centred early childhood education.
