You can begin a promising career as a Skool4Kidz Infant or Preschool Educator depending on your basic academic qualifications and working experience. Besides teaching and play activities with children between 2-18 months, you will also manage routine care.
Skool4Kidz has a place-and-train programme for first-time EC educators. Suitably qualified successful applicants may sign up to work at any of the Skool4Kidz Preschools and undergo funded part-time training at the same time.
Mid-career and PMET switchers can look forward to Professional Conversion Programmes, such as the WSQ Professional Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Teaching (English or Chinese). Skool4Kidz provides advancement pathways for all educators, fully complying with the government’s Skills Framework for Early Childhood Care & Education.
