Held on the 22nd of November at the Orchid Country Club, approximately 600 Skool4Kidz educators and office staff gathered to celebrate the annual Skool4Kidz Day. The annual event commemorates the hard work and excellence of centre colleagues.

It also marked a year of achievement for Skool4Kidz: we opened four new centres in Sembawang, Hougang and Tampines. Five more of our centres are SPARK accredited, an endorsement of the quality of a preschool and its programmes. This makes all our eligible centres SPARK-certified.

Our flagship campus, Skool4Kidz Campus @ Sengkang Riverside Park was also awarded the prestigious International Architect Awards 2019 (Community Category).

Themed ‘Learning Through Technology’ this year, the event served as a platform to enrich and inform Skool4Kidz staff on the importance and benefits of implementing technology into the classroom. Skool4Kidz Curriculum Founder Dr Jane Ching-Kwan shares, “Rather than treat technology with apprehension, educators need to look at ways to incorporate their use in developmentally-appropriate ways, while seeking to meet young children’s developmental needs through intentional and purposeful play.’’
